David Kamande, MSW, LCSW
David Kamande received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an Applied Behavioral Analysis concentration from Purdue Global University. He received his Master's degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University. David has worked with adults, young children, adolescents, and their families to meet individualized client’s needs. He has experience in outpatient, in-home therapy, and residential settings.
Using the strength-based perspective, David utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), problem solving models, and motivational interviewing to partner with and assist clients to identify a problem, create an action plan to solve it, and implement the solution to achieve the desired outcomes. David has experience working with clients who have behavioral issues, and he strongly believes that every individual has the resilience to not only bounce back from difficult experiences, but also experience profound personal growth.
David is fluent in both English and Swahili. At this time, David is accepting clients interested in telehealth services only.
Elyse Chudzynski, LMHC (She/Her)
Elyse is a clinical mental health counselor with a background in art education and refugee resettlement. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University South Bend and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Art Education from IUPUI and Psychology from Ball State University. She is committed to culturally competent, trauma-informed counseling and loves to use art-making as an intervention. Elyse is dedicated to meeting her clients where they are and offering them the time and space to grow, change, and heal.
Elyse has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. She has worked with individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community, recently resettled refugees, and adults with developmental disabilities. Her approach is client-led and informed by Expressive Arts Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
Karen Bruening, LCSW, LCACA (She/Her)
Karen received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University South Bend. Karen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addition Counselor Associate (LCACA).
Karen acknowledges the courage it takes to seek therapeutic help and works to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can feel safe discussing difficult challenges. Karen uses a trauma informed, strength-based approach and has experience using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing. Karen has experience working with Young Adults and Adults who struggle with addiction, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and trauma.
Marc McElligott, MSW, LCSW
Marc received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's in Social Work from Indiana University South Bend. He has experience serving adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship stress, and substance use.
Marc is committed to providing a meaningful and collaborative therapy experience grounded in empathy, respect, and authenticity. He believes therapy works best when clients guide the process, with each session shaped by what feels most important for them to explore. He supports clients in setting the pace and focus of treatment while creating a safe space for healing and personal growth.
Using a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, Marc helps clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward lasting change. His work integrates Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic perspectives.
Alyssa Eubanks, LMHC-A
Alyssa is a clinical mental health counselor. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and received her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University South Bend. She has experience working with intimate partner violence, trauma, and addictions. Her clinical interests include working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, mood disorders, intimate partner violence, and life transitions.
She is committed to assisting individuals in their healing and personal growth journey by creating a safe, open, and accepting space for her clients. She is passionate about helping clients tap into their own unique power and agency to create sustainable change and improve their quality of life.
Alyssa works from a variety of approaches including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. She also promotes the use of meditation and breathwork to help clients with their self-care and healing process.
Abby Lancaster, MSW, LSW (They/Them)
Abby received their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Indiana University South Bend and has spent the last couple of years working in gender-affirming care. Advocating for those in the LGBTQ2IA+ community at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels is a great passion that translates into their work in the local community through creating safe spaces for people to be who they are without judgment.
Abby has experience working with adults and is looking to expand by working with children (ages 10 and up) and adolescents. They work from a trauma-informed framework, empower clients by recognizing their strengths, and emphasize whole-person care. Abby utilizes motivational interviewing, EMDR, as well as, cognitive behavioral therapy with clients and enjoys opportunities for clients to engage in hands-on work with art and play therapies.
Abby is interested in working with clients in the LGBTQ2IA+ community, those with ADHD/ADD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Clare Czolgosz, MSW, LSW (She/Her)
Clare earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude from Saint Mary's College and has completed a Masters in Social Work with a focus on mental health and addictions at Indiana University South Bend. Her undergraduate research focused on understanding visual stereotypy neural reward systems in the brain comparing autistic and neurotypical individuals. Additional research focused on support systems necessary for parents and caregivers of children on the Autism Spectrum. She has worked professionally in clinic and college-based settings with children, adolescence and young adults on the spectrum, and has worked in individual, family and group settings.
Clare is committed to cultivating a safe and empathetic environment for her clients. She is focused on meeting clients where they are on their journey to wellness. Clare utilizes a variety of methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing. She uses a strengths-based approach incorporating mindfulness and meditation within the therapeutic method. Clare engages a person-centered approach to care through supporting the empowerment of individuals in creating meaningful change and growth.
Meadow Smith, MSW, LCSW
Meadow is a queer social worker and therapist with a background in case management and mental health. She is an advocate for body acceptance, equal human rights, and LGBTQ inclusivity. She is married to her lovely wife and is a proud mother of four beautiful children. She has experience with CBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. Meadow excited to help people in their healing journeys. She finds therapy to be a calling and thoroughly enjoys it.
Emily Horn, MSW, LSW
Emily received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a Minor in Philosophy from Indiana University South Bend and earned her Master’s degree in social work in 2024, with a concentration on clinical practice in mental health and addictions. She is currently a licensed social worker working full time with the VA and has spent her career working with the geriatric population. She is trained in memory care and suicide prevention.
Emily has a wide interest in mood disorders, personality disorder, and eating disorders. She also does couples and group therapy.
Justin Lang , MSW, LSW
Justin earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Indiana University South Bend and completed his master's degree in social work with a concentration in clinical practice in mental health and addictions.
As a therapist, Justin takes a strengths-based approach, grounded in the belief that everyone already possesses the tools they need to reach their goals. Justin works collaboratively with clients to help them uncover those strengths and use them to create meaningful change. Justin utilizes a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to meet clients where they are and support them in moving toward their goals with clarity and confidence.
Justin is a NAUI certified scuba diver and a lifelong fan of the New England Patriots, even after Tom Brady left.
Isabella Montgomery, MSW, LSW
Isabella is a therapist who values each person’s unique strengths and supports clients in healing holistically through creative and expressive modalities. She specializes in trauma-informed care using a body-based, movement-centered approach. She specializes in working with youth through young adults navigating anxiety, trauma specifically related to athletic, sport and movement settings.
She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) elements of IFS (Internal Family Systems) also integrating creative expressive modalities such as art, sand tray and play, along with mindfulness and body-based movement to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and trauma processing. She specializes in supporting athletes in healing from athletic trauma and strengthening mental resilience to enhance performance whether it is for a college athlete, a athlete navigating medical retirement, or a mom wanting to begin movement again.
Isabella is a Certified Sport Social Worker through the Alliance of Social Workers in Sports and has coaching and administrative experience from youth through collegiate levels. She is passionate about creating trauma-informed athletic environments and advocating for accessible movement and sport as tools for healing and growth.
John Younes, LMHC-A
John holds master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University in New York and Counseling from Regis University in Colorado. He works with adults navigating depression, passive and active suicidal ideation, borderline personality disorder, grief, and the enduring effects of childhood trauma. He also supports clients experiencing persistent existential distress, ambivalence about spiritual beliefs, and unresolved tension between religious identity and trauma history.
John’s approach is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and existential–humanistic therapy, grounded in the empirically supported common factors model of psychotherapy. He helps clients strengthen emotional regulation, examine patterns of thought, and engage questions of meaning, mortality, and identity with clarity and courage. When desired, he integrates a client’s faith into the therapeutic process. His work centers on helping people loosen the grip of suffering and move toward a more intentional and authentic way of living.
In his time outside the therapy room, he enjoys writing, spending time with family, and living what Italians call “la dolce vita,” the sweet life.
Alicia Weyer, MSW, LSW
Alicia Weyer, MSW, earned her degree from Indiana University Indianapolis and is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Her clinical interests include trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and borderline disorder. Alicia primarily works with adults, fostering trust and creating a safe, judgment-free space for growth and healing.
She incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). With a strengths-based approach at the heart of her work, Alicia empowers clients to build resilience, develop skills, and achieve their personal goals.
Outside of her practice, Alicia is an avid board game enthusiast who enjoys weekly game nights with her husband and friends. She values the way structured play encourages language development, social skills, and problem-solving, all while keeping fun at the center. At home, she’s always ready for a lively game of Hungry Hungry Hippos with her daughter.
Hailey Young, MS. Ed, LMHC-A
Hailey Young earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University South Bend in 2025. Guided by a passion for supporting young people, she specializes in working with children and adolescents ages 10 to 17. Hailey has a strong interest in helping clients navigate challenges such as Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Hailey’s counseling approach emphasizes warmth, empathy, and collaboration. She is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment where young people can explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop tools for lasting well-being.
Oriane Courage, LMHC-A
Oriane received her Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies, with a minor in Psychology, from Brigham Young University–Idaho. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University in December 2025.
Oriane is a clinician at Psych Pointe with a particular interest in working with young children (ages 3–10) and families. She also enjoys working with adults across various life stages and navigating life transitions.
Oriane believes that individuals can build meaningful lives and experience healing with the appropriate support and resources. She is comfortable integrating faith into the counseling process when aligned with a client’s preferences. By meeting clients where they are and utilizing a range of evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches, she strives to create a safe, compassionate environment for clients to explore their challenges.
Outside of her clinical work, Oriane enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and baking and cooking—especially recreating childhood recipes and pastries from France.
